Grilled Cheese with Deep Fried Cheetos

Grilled Cheese with Deep Fried Cheetos

Equipment

  • 1 non stick pan

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Colby Jack Cheese
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 8 slices of bread used our homemade bread
  • 2 tsp Mayo (or you can use butter)
  • 8 Deep-Fired Cheetos check out our recipe

Instructions

  • Assemble your slices and add mayo to one side
  • Lay the sandwhich mayo side down on the hot pan
  • Add 1 side with colby jack cheese
  • Add 1 side with american cheese
  • Wait until the cheese melts a little bit
  • Then add the deep -fried cheetos (you can add 1 or 2)
  • Fold the sandwhich up and keep fliping to keep the side golden brown
  • Cook for 2 to 4 minutes until the center of all of the cheese is melted
  • Serve with some marinara sauce on the side or cheese sauce

Using homemade bread was so fantastic this grilled cheese sandwich was so much better than not.
We used Cheetos instead of Doritos or you can use Takis if you want, depends onĀ
