Cheetos Mozzarella Sticks

Equipment
- 1 enamal castiron pot
- 1 cooking oil
- 1 hot oil tempaure reader
Ingredients
- 1 package Fresh Mozzarella
- 1 medium size bag of cheetos
- 1 cup of all purpose flour (added salt and pepper to taste)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of whole milk (could also add beer)
Instructions
- Get 3 bowls or containers ready
- 1 is going to be for the eggs
- 2 is going to be flour (add the salt and pepper)
- 3 going to be crushed cheeto's
- While this is getting prepped get your oil ready in your enamal cast iron pan
- Heat oil to 300° degree
- The oil will take a while to warm up so move onto assembling the slices or sticks
- Cut the mozzarella into thin slices
- Dip it in flour 1st shake off the access flour
- Dip in the egg wash mixture
- Trasnfer it to the crushed up cheetos and coat well
- Set asside and continue to do the rest of your slices
- Once completed and the oil is hot and temped to 300° degrees add them 3 in at a time.
- Cook until golden brown (or orange in this case with the cheetos give off that color)
- Serve with marinara sauce or alfredo.
- Eat and enjoy!
Notes
These were so good alone that the only thing I would do is add some garlic or Badia complete seasoning to the flour mixture to add some flavor.
This was so fantastic of a fantastic dish got to try with friends or at a party!
