Best Bourbon Butter Syrup

Just add some Evan Williams bourbon to some Maple syrup and you got your new addiction!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 full stick of unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- 1st add the full stick of unsalted butter and melt fully until smooth.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the butter is dark golden color. This will brown the butter.
- Remove the pan or pot from the heat. Slowly add in the whipping cream (make sure it is room temperature so it doesn't curdle)
- Then add the maple syrup, the bourbon, and finally the vanilla extract.
- Cook it down this will take about 8 minutes on low to medium heat. This will cook off the alcohol.
- Then it's ready to serve!
