Best Bourbon Butter Syrup

Just add some Evan Williams bourbon to some Maple syrup and you got your new addiction!
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 full stick of unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1st add the full stick of unsalted butter and melt fully until smooth.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the butter is dark golden color. This will brown the butter.
Remove the pan or pot from the heat. Slowly add in the whipping cream (make sure it is room temperature so it doesn't curdle)
Then add the maple syrup, the bourbon, and finally the vanilla extract.
Cook it down this will take about 8 minutes on low to medium heat. This will cook off the alcohol.
Then it's ready to serve!
