  • creamy peanut butter 2 tbps
  • rice vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • soy sauce light 2 tablepoons
  • mirin 1 tablespoon
  • 2 tablespoon soup base which is a combo of soysauce and mirin
  • Japanese seaseme paste tahini optional
  • chili oil 1 tbps optional
  • sichuan peppercorn oil 1/4 teaspoon optional
  • broth
  • Water 1 cup
  • oat unsweetened milk 2 cups
  • chicken stock 1 tablespoon
  • toppings (optional)
  • cooked meat (chicken, beef, pork, turkey) (optional)
  • soft boiled eggs (optional)
  • buttered corn (optional)
  • bean sporuts (optional)
