- creamy peanut butter 2 tbps
- rice vinegar 1 teaspoon
- soy sauce light 2 tablepoons
- mirin 1 tablespoon
- 2 tablespoon soup base which is a combo of soysauce and mirin
- Japanese seaseme paste tahini optional
- chili oil 1 tbps optional
- sichuan peppercorn oil 1/4 teaspoon optional
- broth
- Water 1 cup
- oat unsweetened milk 2 cups
- chicken stock 1 tablespoon
- toppings (optional)
- cooked meat (chicken, beef, pork, turkey) (optional)
- soft boiled eggs (optional)
- buttered corn (optional)
