This is the quickest, easiest ramen you'll ever make! Great tasting recipe, and its a good way to get your younger family members introduced to cooking for themselves!
Bean sprouts, Green onions, mushrooms, baby Bok Choy, etc.(optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together all of the Soup base ingredients.
In a large pot, mix together the broth ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium low heat.
If you're using lightly cooked vegetables such as bok choy, bean sprouts, corn or carrots, etc. they can be cooked in a small pot of water at this time till done to your preferrence.
To cook the noodles in the second medium cooking pot, add water to pot and bring to boiling. Cook noodles according to directions.
To serve, in each individual bowl, place 2 Tablespoons of the soup base and 1 cup of the broth and stir together. Using tongs, place some of the noodles into the broth and stir around. Top with whatever of the toppings you want and serve and enjoy!
