This lemon cream cheese frosting is so delicious on many kinds of cake. It works especially well on our pumpkin cake recipe! But try it also on our banana cake, carrot cake, sugar or gingerbread cookies, or whatever — you’ll love the sweet tangy lemon flavor!

Ingredients
- 1 block Cream cheese 8 ounces, softened
- 1/2 Cup Butter 1 stick, softened
- 1 teaspoon Lemon extract
- 1-1/2 Cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add butter to cream cheese and continue to mix until smooth.
- Add vanilla and sugar and mix until smooth.
