Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • hand mixer optional

Ingredients

  • 1 block Cream cheese 8 ounces, softened
  • 1/2 Cup Butter 1 stick, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon extract
  • 1-1/2 Cup Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add butter to cream cheese and continue to mix until smooth.
  • Add vanilla and sugar and mix until smooth.
