Equipment

  • 1 mixing stanless steel bowl
  • 1 whisk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 240ml
  • mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup 120ml sour
  • cream
  • 3/4 cup 180ml
  • buttermilk
  • 3 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp msg optional
  • 1/4 cup 5g chopped
  • parsley
  • 1/4 cup 5g chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup 15g finely
  • chopped chives

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise with the
  • sour cream, and then use a whisk to slowly add the
  • buttermilk until it's all incorporated. Add onion and
  • garlic powder and whisk thoroughly.
  • In a separate small bowl combine vinegar with salt,
  • sugar, and MSG. Stir until dry ingredients are
  • completely dissolved.
  • Stir the vinegar mix into the bowl with buttermilk.
  • Finally whisk in the chopped parsley, dill, and
  • chives and leave the ranch in the fridge to thicken for1 hour before enjoying.

Notes

Wow just wow this was so fantastic beats any store-bought or McDonald's ranch! You have to try this it was so fantastic!
