Homemade Ranch Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise 240 ml
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream 120 ml
- 3/4 cup Buttermilk 180 ml
- 3 teaspoons Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons White vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon MSG optional
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh dill finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh chives finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise with the sour cream. Use a whisk to combine.
- Slowly whisk in the buttermilk until incorporated.
- Add the onion and garlic powder and whisk thoroughly.
- In a separate small bowl stir together vinegar with salt, sugar and MSG.
- Stir the vinegar mix into the bowl with buttermilk.
- Finally whisk in the chopped parsley, dill and chives. Refrigerate for at least an hour to thicken and incorporate herbs and spices.
