Ingredients

- 8 cups broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces about 3 heads
- ⅓ cup green onion finely chopped
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup bacon bits
- Dressing
- 1 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits.
- In a separate small bowl, Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients. mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
The salad was really good, next time I would switch out the apple cider vinegar with white wine vinegar.
I found the sugar was a little bit to sweet with the change of the white wine vinegar I would do 1 TBPS of sugar then.
