Milk Toast
This is a recipe that my mother gave me that was passed down from her father to help when you are feeling sick to your stomach to help get food down easily with milk and toast. It’s a mid-west recipe. Allspice helps promote circulation so as to relieve pain from muscle cramps and strains.
