- ¼ teaspoon salt or more to taste
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 egg
- Maple Syrup to taste
Instructions
- Add the dry ingredients into 1 bowl, and add all the wet after and mix with a whisk.
- Heat up the pan.
- While adding the pancakes add the maple syrup to 1 side of the pancake.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until bubbles start to form.
- As you cook the rest of the pancakes, keep in oven at the “warm” setting until ready to serve.
- Keep in mind after flipping the pancakes cook faster about maybe 1 to 2 minutes.
Notes
- These were perfect as is I added some cinnamon powder to the dry batter about 2 tbsp.
- Or you can add allspice if your stomach is upset and it adds good flavor.
- Also can add bacon as a side or whatever makes you prefer.
