Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • *add 2 tbsp cinnamon powder* for extra taste.
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or more to taste
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • Maple Syrup to taste

Instructions

  • Add the dry ingredients into 1 bowl, and add all the wet after and mix with a whisk.
  • Heat up the pan.
  • While adding the pancakes add the maple syrup to 1 side of the pancake.
  • Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until bubbles start to form.
  • As you cook the rest of the pancakes, keep in oven at the “warm” setting until ready to serve.
  • Keep in mind after flipping the pancakes cook faster about maybe 1 to 2 minutes.
