Raspberry Liqueur

Ingredients
- 2 Quarts berries
- 2 Cups white sugar
- 1 Cup water
- 750 ml bottle fifth Vodka
Instructions
- In a wide-mouth gallon jar, place berries.
- In a sauce pan, heat sugar and water to boiling until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the simple syrup over berries.
- Add Vodka
- Seal the jar and place in large brown paper bag. Store in a cool dry area.
- Age for 5 to 6 months
- Drain off berries.
Notes
- If Desired, the leftover berries can be stored for 3 months with white wine.
