If made during fresh raspberry season, this liqueur will be perfectly timed to give as gifts or enjoyed for the holidays. This is delicious sipped on its own or mixed with other ingredients for raspberry cocktails. From The Kitchen of: Corinne

Age for 5 to 6 months, gently shaking the jar about once a week.

Notes
If desired, the leftover berries can be used to infuse a white fruity wine. I put about 1/4 cup into a cheesecloth bag and pour the wine over to serve.
Shelf life for this will be similar to other liqueurs.
Try this recipe with other fresh fruits! I have mixed in some blackberries with the raspberries, or added about 1/4 cup of Kirsch or other plain or fruity brandy and it adds a depth of flavor. Its always delicious!
