- 2 Quarts berries
- 2 Cups white sugar
- 1 Cup water
- 750 ml bottle fifth Vodka
In a wide-mouth gallon jar, place berries.
In a sauce pan, heat sugar and water to boiling until sugar is dissolved.
Pour the simple syrup over berries.
Add Vodka
Seal the jar and place in large brown paper bag. Store in a cool dry area.
Age for 5 to 6 months
Drain off berries.
- If Desired, the leftover berries can be stored for 3 months with white wine.
