Everyone gets ready to roll your eyes, but yes another egg-fired rice recipe, is super simple to make. This is always a great easy meal and very light if you are not feeling up to a full meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups day old rice cold
  • 1 packet frozen veggies mix
  • 1/4 cup light Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons mirin
  • 1 teaspoon MSG
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon oil any cooking oil will do

Instructions

  • In a large frying pan over high heat, add half the oil. Heat the oil to just under smoking
  • Add the eggs and cook stirring continuously breaking the eggs into small pieces. Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.
  • Add the rest of the oil to the pan. Add the rice and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Add the vegetable and continue to cook the rice mixture for 5 - 10 minutes or until vegetables are warmed through.
  • Add the eggs, soy sauce, mirin, and MSG. Stir to Combine and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
