Everyone gets ready to roll your eyes, but yes another egg-fired rice recipe, is super simple to make. This is always a great easy meal and very light if you are not feeling up to a full meal.
Ingredients
2cupsday old ricecold
1packetfrozen veggies mix
1/4cuplight Soy Sauce
2Tablespoonsmirin
1teaspoonMSG
4eggs
1Tablespoonoilany cooking oil will do
Instructions
In a large frying pan over high heat, add half the oil. Heat the oil to just under smoking
Add the eggs and cook stirring continuously breaking the eggs into small pieces. Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.
Add the rest of the oil to the pan. Add the rice and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add the vegetable and continue to cook the rice mixture for 5 - 10 minutes or until vegetables are warmed through.
Add the eggs, soy sauce, mirin, and MSG. Stir to Combine and cook for 2 more minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
