This coleslaw recipe is a delicious side dish for our Pulled Pork tossed with barbeque sauce, or for your next spring or summer barbeque! So quick to put together with common ingredients. This recipe has been adapted from Holly The Best Coleslaw Recipe If you don’t have both green and red cabbage you can make it with just green.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Green cabbage finely shredded
  • 2 cups purple cabbage finely shredded, or use green
  • 1 cup Carrot finely shredded
  • Dressing
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Celery seeds
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  • Finely shredded all the cabbage and carrot. Combine all with dressing into a mixing bowl and toss.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving this allows the dressing to nicely coat everything.
