Coleslaw is a great side dish for Pulled Pork or a grilling dish for the summer or spring. We found this recipe by Holly The Best Coleslaw Recipe but we did change a few just to meet our preference we didn't want to get 2 different types of cabbage we just wanted one green one
Ingredients
3cupsgreen cabbage finely shredded
2cupspurple cabbage finely shreddedoptional not needed
1cupcarrot finely shredded
Dressing
½cupmayonnaise
1tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
½tablespoonapple cider vinegar
2teaspoonssugar
½teaspooncelery seeds
saltpepper, and garlic to taste
Instructions
Finely shredded all the cabbage and carrot.
Combine all into a mixing bowl and toss.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving this allows the dressing to nicely coat everything.
