This coleslaw is just delicious with our Pulled Pork recipe tossed with a little barbeque sauce! It was adapted from Holly The Best Coleslaw Recipe .

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Green cabbage finely shredded
  • 2 cups purple cabbage finely shredded, or use green
  • 1 cup Carrot finely shredded
  • Dressing
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Celery seeds
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  • Finely shredded all the cabbage and carrot. Combine all with dressing into a mixing bowl and toss.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving this allows the dressing to nicely coat everything.
