Ingredients
- 1 cup organic olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves peeled and smashed
Instructions
- In a saucepan place all the ingredients.
- Cook over very low heat for 5 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the oil registers 180ºF.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely at room temperature.
- Transfer in a squeeze bottle
- Refrigerate for up to 1 month.
