8garlic clovespeeled and smashed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°
Place all the ingredients into an oven safe bowl.
Bake the garlic uncovered for 45 minutes at 375° in the oven.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely at room temperature.
