Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Peanuts (unsalted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Instructions

  • Place the 3 cups of peanuts into food blender, add in the salt and honey.
  • Turn on food processor to high for 12 minutes.
  • If you want the viscosity to be thicker add little bit of water. If you want the viscosity to be thinner add in oil like avacado oil if you want the neutral taste.

Notes

  • The ingredients for this are more expensive that it would be for store-bought peanut butter, but we think it tastes way better.
  • Make sure to store this in an air tight container. It will keep for 1 month, and it can be stored on the counter top or in the refrigerator.
