Easy - Bread Machine Bread

Easy dump it and leave it. Kinda like a crock pot easy to do and takes little prep time.

Ingredients
- For large (1 1/2 to 2-pound) machine
- 1 cup 227g lukewarm water
- 1/3 cup 74g lukewarm milk
- 3 tablespoons 43g unstaled softened butter
- 3 3/4 cups 450g Bread Flour
- 3 tablespoons 35g granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons 9g salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
- For small 1-pound machine
- 2/3 cup 152g lukewarm water
- 1/4 cup 57g lukewarm milk
- 2 tablespoons 28g unsalted softened butter
- 2 1/2 cups 300g Bread Flour
- 5 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons 8g table salt
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
Instructions
- First, add all the wet ingredients at the bottom, then the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast on top. (This might be different for each bread maker machine so follow what your machines recommend)
- Select how much you want to make this if for a (1 1/2 to 2-pound) or if you want the small 1 pound select that bread option. Choose what color you want it if you want it lightly baked or more toasted baked choose which option you want.
- Allow it to go through its process you can allow it to cook inside the machine if you want.
- If you want to bake it in the oven make sure to remove the paddle.
- Remove the bread and allow to cool for 10 minute and make sure the paddle is removed.
- Ready to eat.
