Creamy Garlic Potatoes

What could go wrong, with potatoes, garlic, cheese, and butter!
Equipment
- 1 alluminum foil
- 1 baking dish
- 1 food processer
- 1 microwave
Ingredients
- 5 pounds of golden Yukon potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons chives finely chopped.
- 1 teaspoon Kinder's Wood Fired Garlic or roasted garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1 bag of mozzarella cheese
- 2 whole garlic bulbs (you can do more if you want)
Instructions
- Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 350 for 1 hour or until soft.
- Shop the tops off the whole garlic heads to expose the tops. of the cloves. Drizzle each head of garlic with oil and top with salt. Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil . Cook the garlic for 1 hour in the oven.
- Make 4 cuts into the potato halfway through.
- Squeeze half of garlic out and into a food processor, add cream cheese, mozzarella cheese. Process the cheese mixture until well combined.
- carefully spoon the cheese mixture into the potato wedges.
- Broil the potatoes on high 2 to 3 minutes or until a crust has formed. Remove the potatoes from the oven.
- In a microwave safe dish melt butter, chives, and spices. Drizzle the garlic butter over the potatoes. Serve and enjoy!
