My mother-in-law has always used this recipe from the back of the marshmallow creme jar. Its a favorite of ours every Christmas! This makes about 3 pounds of fudge.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Salted butter 1 and 1/2 sticks
  • 2/3 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Peanut butter can use any type we like chunky
  • 1 jar Marshmallow creme 1.7 ounce jar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  • Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a pot.
  • Bring to a full rolling boil, then after the boil cook for 5 minutes.
  • You want to keep a constant stir.
  • Remove from heat and add the 1 cup peanut butter, vanilla, and marshmallow creme.
  • Stir until well blended. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
  • Allow to cool and set until firm.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

I also greased the pan with the butter paper off the sticks or more if needed. Just lightly butter not heavy
You can add whatever you want if you want peanut butter, Nutella, chocolate, etc the possibilities are endless.
