Economical and easy to make, this sausage gravy is delicious and can be served as breakfast, or breakfast for dinner!

14 inch flat non stick pan
Ingredients
1PoundGround Pork Sausageor breakfast sausage
2TablespoonsButter
⅓CupFlour
3CupsMilk
¼teaspoonGarlic Powder
¼teaspoonSeasoned Salt
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonMSG
1teaspoonBlack Pepper
Biscuits, potatoes or noodlesfor serving
Instructions
Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until done.
Add the butter to the pan and let it melt.
Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and continue cooking while stirring, this will usually take about 2 minutes or until the flour smell is gone.
Heat milk in the microwave till quite warm. Sprinkle the seasonings over the sausage, then slowly pour the milk into the sausage and flour and continue to stir and cook until thickened.
Taste the gravy and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately with your favorite biscuits, potatoes or noodles.
