Who doesn’t want cheese curds on top of french fires with anything you want on top of it. Its like Mac and Cheese anything and everything is good on top of it!
Ingredients
Poutine Gravy:
6Tablespoonunsalted butter
1/4cupunbleached all-purpose flour
30ozbeef broth
Pepperto taste
Garlic
Sweet onion

Frozen French Fries
Cheese Curds
Beef 80% to 20%
3cupsof whole milkor you can use heavy cream
3TablespoonsFlour
2teaspoonsSmoked paprika
2teaspoonsBadia seasoning
4teaspoonsRed Wine
Lawyers’s seasoned salt or just salt and pepper
Instructions
First, get the frozen french fries cooked in the oven or Air Fryer according to their package. (This will take the longest time so you want to get this started first)
Chop up the onion and garlic into fine peices.
Then work on the gravy, first, you melt the butter until its dissolved with fresh chopped onions and garlic. Stir for another 30 seconds to a minute. Keep this over low heat you don’t want to burn the butter.
Then add in the flour and stir for about 3 to 4 minutes until the smell of flour is gone.
Then slowly add in the warmed up milk, after you add in the milk.
Add the rest of the sesoning along with the wine. and lastly the beef stock and make sure to mix with a wisk.
Then move on the beef.
Add to a different pan, add the beef and some Lawyers seasoned salt.
Cook until the meat is no longer pink. Then drain the grease from the pan.
Then get a 9X9 baking sheet that is oven safe.
Assemble the avengers! Add the cooked french fries on the bottom, them ground beef, cheese curds, then last gravy on top.
Set the oven to 400° and cook for 2 minutes (this is just to melt the cheese a little bit, the goal is to keep the shape of the cheese curds but not 100% melted cheese)

This is a make what you have kinda like hamburger helper. Add what you want, when you want it! You want chicken instead of beef, make the switch if you want pork or turkey siwtch it out!
