This recipe makes a pizza sauce that's much better than store bought, and is very economical. And if it makes more than you need, you can freeze the leftover for next time!

Ingredients
2clovesGarlicminced
1TablespoonExtra virgin olive oil
6ouncesTomato paste
15ouncesDiced fire roasted tomatoes
1/2cupRed wine
1TablespoonSugar
1TablespoonWhite balsamic vinegar
2teaspoonsBadia Complete Seasoning
1teaspoonOregano
1teaspoonBasil
1teaspoonSmoked paprika
1/2teaspoonOnion powder
1/2teaspoonGarlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the oil. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add the red wine and cook for 3-4 minutes to reduce the alcohol.
Add the remaining ingredients. Using the immersion blender, blend until smooth. If using a blender, combine all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth, and add to pot.
Over low heat, cover the sauce and let simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.
