Shredded Oaxacamozzarella, or Monterey Jack cheese or cotija cheese

Instructions
Cut beef into large chunks and season lightly with salt.
Crock-Pot add beef, add onion, garlic, bay leaves, add 1 Birria Bomb seasoning (follow kit strength—start light if unsure)
Pour in beef broth or water until the meat is just covered.
Slow cook for 8 hours on low heat
Shred the meat
Remove beef, shred with forks, then return it to the broth (consommé).
Then assemble the taco however you want.
