  • 8 oz of velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups of heavy cream
  • 3 cups of chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon smoked papricka
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 12 oz beer 805
  • 12 coors banquet
  • 12 oz beef smoked sasuage
  • 2 lbs of cooked potatos
  • 1 pound of cooked bacon for topping
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 stocks of celery
  • 1 large sweet onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
