This gravy made from the leftover turkey bones makes for a truly great Thanksgiving leftover dish. Serve this with leftover turkey over noodles, rice or potatoes for a meal even better than the original!

Large saucepan
Ingredients
6cupsTurkey stock
½cupDry white wine
1cupYellow onion. dicedabout ½ an onion
4clovesGarlicminced
2TablespoonsButter
2teaspoonsMarmite
1teaspoonRosemary saltor kosher salt
1/2cupAll-purpose flour
6TablespoonsButter1 stick
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 Tablespoons butter. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and continue to cook for 1 more minute or until fragrant.
Add the remaining 6 Tablespoons butter and flour. Cook the roux for 2 minutes or until the raw flour smell dissipates.
Slowly add the wine and stock. Bring the gravy to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Add the marmite and seasoning. Continue to cook the gravy until thickened. Keep warm until ready to serve.
