What could go wrong with petso alfredo sauce, with beef and pork? Nothing is easy to get together for a family meal with friends or for a dinner night with love ones and kids.

Ingredients
4cupsMozzarella cheesesave 2 cups to top
1poundground beef
1poundground pork
15ozricotta cheese
1package 12 oz frozen spinichedthawed
1cupparmesan cheesesave 1/2 for the top layer
114.5 oz Prego Creamy Basil Pesto Pasta Sauce
2teaspoonsitalian seasoning
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
season salt and pepper to taste
1 ozjumbo shells(1 box)
1largeyellow onion finally diced
3clovesgarlicsmashed
1egg
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium high heat add oil add in the onion and cook until transulsent 5 to 10 minutes. Then add in the minced garlic cook for 1 minute.
Add the beef and pork into the skillet and brown until no longer pink season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Preheat oven 425°.
Grab a large pot over medium heat add salt and bring water to boil and add in the shells (noodles) and cook until al-denta 8 to 10 minutes but do not over cook them!
Once the shells are stop cooking drain them and add them into an ice bath to stop the cooking procces.
In a large mixing bowl combine riccota cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, beef and pork, italian seasoning with the garlic powder, and spinich and 1 egg, stir to combine.
Grab a 9 x 13 pan grease the bottom of the pan with non stick spray and some petso sauce on the bottom then carefully stuff the shells with the cheese and meet mixture.
Top with the remaning petso sauce, water and add the remaning cheese mozzarella and parmesan to the top.
Over the baking dish with tinfoil and cook for 25 minutes. After the 25 minutes is up remove from oven and carefully remove tinfoil and allow to bake for additionally 10 more minutes.
Remove from allow and allow to cool slightly and ready to serve! Eat and enjoy!
Notes
This turned out great, you can add beef or pork or a mixture of both. If you don't want that you could also do ground turkey as well. It's a great make it your own recipe and add whatever meat you want.
