Get the cast iron skillet piping hot close to 500° F or hotter.
Get the 2.5 oz per each burger, then smash the burger balls to a thin patty.
Add the Kinder’s seasoning to the top of the patty.
After about 2 minutes flip the patty.
Add more Kinder’s seasoning, and the American cheese slice.
Place on a plate and add to oven under the “Keep Warm” setting.
Thick-cut bacon to the burger 2 per each patty.
Grill the buns they only take 10 seconds to cook.
