2 Pint Glass Mason jars with lids
Ingredients
2cupsOatsOld Fashioned or Quick
2cupsMilkYour choice of whatever type of milk you want
Mix Ins
2TablespoonsPeanut Butter Protien Powder
2TablespoonsVanilla Protein Powderor Chocolate Protein Powder
2teaspoonsHoney
2TablespoonsSemi-sweet chocolate chips
2TablespoonsREESE'S Peanut Butter Chips
2teaspoonsCinnamon powderor pumpkin spice
Instructions
Add in the oat into the glass mason jars.
Pour equal parts of milk in (if you used a cup of oats then a cup of milk as well 1:1 ratio).
Then add in the fun toppings chocolate chips, peanut chips, honey, Protein Powder of choice, chopped fruits, nuts, whatever!
Then stir together and leave it in the refrigerator overnight for 8 hours.
Can be served cold, or quickly warmed in the microwave according to your preference.
Notes
This was super easy to make and didn't take much time. This is a great basic recipe and doesn't take over 10 minutes to make/prep the night before.
This is great because my husband is not a breakfast person but if he is hungry he likes to eat something light and easy to take for work. This is so easy he can grab one and add it to his lunch bag for breakfast or lunch.
If you want to make this more fruit flavored, add in chopped strawberries, bananas, dried fruit, or chia seeds (but make sure to let them absorb water or milk for up to 15 minutes or overnight to rehydrate the seeds).
We like to add protein powder, but you don't have to add that much if you don't want to its optional whether you want to add it in or not.
