Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Add item the chocolate chips and crushed up Oreos into the wet batter and transfer into 9x 13x baked Pyrex or glass cookware that is oven safe
Cook in oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Then add the Oreo frosting to the top of the cake after 2 hours of being cooled down to room temperature otherwise it will melt into the cake
Add extra crushed Oreos on top of the frosting for fun!
