Who doesn’t love rice as a great side dish with chicken or burgers, or just by itself! With the mild but flavorful seasoning, its also great as a base for other recipes such as our Egg Fried Rice.

Ingredients
3cupsWhite riceor any type you prefer
3cupsChicken stock
2teaspoonsWhite misoor Hikari Haccho miso
2teaspoonsMinced garlic
2teaspoonsof minced ginger
2teaspoonsMSG
2teaspoonsBetter Than Bouillon Garlic flavoror Chicken
1TablespoonDry ranch seasoning
Season to taste Cavender’s All Purpose Greek Seasoning when serving
Mixed shredded cheese to taste
Instructions
Get the instant pot (your best friend!) and add all of the ingredients wet and dry, except for the Greek seasoning and cheese. Stir together with rice spatula.
Cover and seal Instant Pot and cook rice according to your instant pot setting. For mine, since we are using white rice, it will cook for 12 minutes and with a fast-release.
Once it’s done cooking, unseal and open the lid. While the pot is still hot, add the Greek seasoning and cheese to taste.
Notes
We use the leftover of this rice since it’s seasoned for our Egg Fried Rice recipe.
Brown rice or any other type of rice may be used in place of the white rice, but the cooking time may need to be changed accordingly.
