Who wouldn't love Pizza as breakfast food? You can make this to order with your own toppings, or with whatever you have available.
Equipment
1 pizza pan
Ingredients
1jarAlfredo sauce
8Loosely scrambled eggs
12ouncesCooked Baconchopped or crumbled
1 TablespoonKinders Woodfire Garlic seasoning
1Boboli pizza crust
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Set the Oven to 350F.
Get the Boboli pizza crust ready and on a pizza pan.
Spread the alfredo sauce over the top of the pizza leaving about 1 inch for the crust.
Spray a saucepan with nonstick spray. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then scramble the eggs in the pan loosely, or until almost done. Do not overdo them since they will go in the oven to be cooked a little more. Spread eggs evenly over the pizza dough.
Stir together the cooked bacon and Kinder's woodfire garlic seasoning and sprinkle over the eggs.
Add cheese of choice; it could be mozzarella or mixed Mexican cheese.
Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can use you own leftover homemade alfredo sauce or a jar. You can also use your own homemade pizza dough if you prefer. If you use your own dough, you may need to adjust the baking time or temperature.
Make it your own; you can add mushrooms, green onions, chopped peppers, or whatever you want. Or even replace the bacon with cooked breakfast sausage!
