Ingredients
1-2/3cupWhite sugar
1cupVegetable oil
4Large eggs
2Bananasmashed
2cupsAll-purpose flour
2teaspoonsBaking powder
2teaspoonsBaking soda
1teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsCinnamon
1/4teaspoonNutmeg
1/4teaspoonGinger
1/8teaspoonCloves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9 x 13 cake pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix together sugar, oil, and banana until well combined.
Add eggs and mix until smooth.
In a sperate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients while mixing.
Pour into a greased 9×13. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before spreading frosting.
