Who doesn't love roasted garlic with easy mashed potatoes? If you anwsered no you, are so wrong try this its so fantastic!
Equipment
1 Instant Pot 8 quart
1 wired masher
Ingredients
6PoundsPotatoes 6 mediumand Sliced
Water to Cover Potatoes About 4-5 cups
4TeaspoonsSalt
1/2CupUnsalted Butter cubbed1 stick
1/2CupSour Cream
1/2CupMilk
1TeaspoonOnion Powder
2teaspoonBadia complete seasoning
1TeaspoonWhite Pepper
1full clovein the oven for 1 hour at 350°
Dash of avocado oil
Instructions
For the roasted garlic cut off the bulb end of the whole garlic, get aluminum foil add in the garlic with a dash of oil.
Bake in the oven at 350° for about 1 hour. Remove from the oven.
Leave the skin on we used Yukon potatoes. Place the peeled and sliced potatoes into the instant pot.
Cover with water until you reach the 1/2 mark on the instant pot.
Place the lid on the instant pot and set the valve to seal. Check your model for more information.
Cook on manual pressure for 8 minutes.
When the timer goes off, keep on the warm setting and leave it on.
Quick release the pressure from the pot.
Drain the water from the potatoes, and leave it in the instant pot.
Add the salt, white pepper, Badia, garlic powder, butter, room-temped milk, and roasted garlic just squeeze into the instant pot, and sour cream to the potatoes. Use the wire masher and mash until smooth.
Eat and enjoy!

We have cooked several mashed potatoes and this is the fastest and easy method for the holidays! This was great! I would not change anything.
