Ingredients

  • 8 cups broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces about 3 heads
  • cup green onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • Dressing
  • 1 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits.
  • In a separate small bowl, Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients. mix well.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

  • The salad was really good, next time I would switch out the apple cider vinegar with white wine vinegar.
  • I found the sugar was a little bit to sweet with the change of the white wine vinegar I would do 1 TBPS of sugar then.
